March Journey of ROOTING to RISE: Garden of Creation. 

Some of you have experienced this virtual portal with me in September// November// January. It is a very unique, safe, empowering container created with the highest intention of love, transformation, and magic

I experienced a strong vision to create a container around the gathering to be IN THE MOMENT. It is common language in our mindfulness world to say "be here now" but as we can all relate esp myself is that it is not as simple as that BUT what I do believe in my heart is that to be in the moment is an outcome from strengthening the muscle of connection to self and importantly to other like minded beings.

This is a gentle invite to journey with me for 4 weeks in March on Monday evenings. Each day of the week is connected to a planet, Monday happens to be connected to the Moon. As we know the Moon holds the great wisdom of our emotions. Ever wonder why people are not fond of Mondays? It is not just because the weekend has ended but because this day is all about ritual and creation and intention.

This 4 week virtual retreat journey will build through the power of practice.

• Share circle

This is the most effective sequence/ formula I have seen to create sustained transformation. This will be the gateway experience series to continue to anchor the dreams we are curating into the new season of Spring.
