Moment x Moment: Renewed Gratitude

Moment x Moment is BACK for November on Monday nights!!!

Let us rejoice in our relationship with gratitude!!! The emotional state & feeling of thankfulness is extremely powerful. Our connection with the ability to turn on the switch of appreciation is our mastery.

When we express gratitude and receive the same, our brain releases dopamine and serotonin, the two crucial neurotransmitters responsible for our emotions, and they make us feel 'good'. They enhance our mood immediately, making us feel happy from the inside.

This month’s journey is all about renewing our relationship with this high octave state of living. Each session will be an opportunity to drench ourselves in the healing light of admiration. I do believe it is necessary to devote to our muscle of gratitude. As we likely know, our brain is hardwired for negative thinking- the negative bias, therefore gathering in a safe container to strengthen and amplify the magic of this work will gift us with many health and manifestation benefits.

What is VERY special about this journey is that BOTH the new moon and full moon will fall on our Monday gathering. Each day of the week is connected to a planet and Monday is connected to the MOON! So let us dive into a deep body of work together!!! There is so much magic and tenderness during this time of the year. Holidays are not always easy and this space is for all parts of us to receive the light our love. This series will not disregard the truths of what your journey, rather be a space to allow them to come and join in to receive the acknowledgement it deserves.

From October 14th-28th we are in Eclipse season. THIS and THIS will give a pulse of our timeline. I share this because Eclipse season is like the leaf blower getting under the rug and doing a deep clean of our psyche and our emotional body. I do feel rooted in offering our Moment x Moment space because I know we will get to land after the season of deep celestial cleaning.
