Moment x Moment January: Dream Reality

I experienced a strong vision to create a container around the gathering to be IN THE MOMENT. It is common language in our mindfulness world to say "be here now" but as we can all relate esp myself is that it is not as simple as that BUT what I do believe in my heart is that to be in the moment is an outcome from strengthening the muscle of connection to self and importantly to other like minded beings.

This is a gentle invite to journey with me for 4 weeks in January on Monday evenings. Each day of the week is connected to a planet, Monday happens to be connected to the Moon. As we know the Moon holds the great wisdom of our emotions. Ever wonder why people are not fond of Mondays? It is not just because the weekend has ended but because this day is all about ritual and creation and intention.

This 4 week journey will build through the power of practice.

This is the most effective formula I have seen to create sustained transformation. This will be the gateway experience series to anchor your dreams into the New Year 2023.
